This Rule checks the color table attached to a DGN file.
Parameters
1. Color Table Name - a text value including the extensions .tbl
Explanation & Example
If you want to check that the color table 'MyColorTable.tbl' is attached to a DGN file, then set the parameter to 'MyColorTable.tbl'
