This Rule checks if a DGN file has any attached cell libraries.

Parameters

1. Allow Attached Cell Libraries - a toggle value ON / OFF

Explanation & Example

If you want to check that a DGN file has no attached cell libraries then add this Rule to your Rule Set with OFF as the toggle parameter value as in the below screen shot:
