This Rule checks the reference logical names of cells in all models (model, sheet etc.) of a DGN file 

Parameters

  1. Allow Blank Reference Logical Names- a toggle value ON / OFF

Explanation & Example

If you want to check that all cells have reference logical names in a DGN file, then add this Rule to your Rule Set with OFF as the toggle parameter value as in the below screen shot:
