This Rule checks the number of graphical elements in all model spaces in a DGN file.

Parameters

1. Expected Graphical Elements Count - an integer value (0-2147483647)

Explanation & Example

If you want to check that there are zero graphical elements in model spaces in a DGN file then add this Rule to your Rule Set with 0 as the parameter value.
