Blank Cell Names

This Rule checks the name of cells in all models (model, sheet etc.) of a DGN file 

Parameters

1. Allow Blank Cell Names - a toggle value ON / OFF

Explanation & Example

If you want to check that all cells have been named in a DGN file, then add this Rule to your Rule Set with OFF as the toggle parameter value as in the below screen shot:
