Creating a Cloud Rule Set


Cloud Rule Sets aren't available on the Single User version of CAD Scan, please contact us to upgrade to Team or Professional. Contact us to change your subscription package.



To add Cloud Rule Sets you must have the Cloud Rule Admin permission. Generally per organisation, there is one person with Cloud Rule Admin permission. If you don't have it, speak to your organisation admin and ask them to add a new cloud rule set.


Step 1: Go to Manage Rule Sets

Navigate to the Manage Rule Sets page by selecting it from the left navigation menu, click the plus icon, then select Create Cloud Rule Set from the dropdown list.


Step 2: Name Your New Cloud Rule Set

Assign a meaningful name and description to your new cloud rule set. Once completed, click save.


Once the cloud rule set has been saved, it will be listed on the left side, ready for you to add new rules.
